Your date becomes reserved only when A “Wedding Cake Contract” is drawn up, signed,

& 25% booking deposit is received.

DEPOSIT/DOWN PAYMENT:

A deposit/down payment of 25% is required at the time of this reservation to guarantee the selected time and date of delivery.  This contract is not valid or binding until the 25% down payment has been received.  Payment in full must be made no later than 5 days prior to the event.

CANCELLATION:

In the event the customer needs to cancel their wedding contract, no refund or credit will be given of any and all deposits/down payments.

EQUIPMENT SECURITY DEPOSIT:

This deposit is paid separately and is fully refundable upon safe clean and undamaged return of equipment including cake stands, pillars and any accessories.  All returns must be made in person no later than three days (72 hours) following the wedding.  In the case of later return, damage to, or loss of equipment, this deposit may be used toward remediation or replacement of the equipment.  If the charges exceed the security deposit, then the customer agrees to pay the difference above the security deposit.

CAKE CHANGES:

Reasonable changes to your order may be made up to 2 week prior to the event.  Additional costs may be incurred depending on the nature of the changes.  In such event, we will complete and sign a change order addendum that describes such changes and any resulting additional charges.  I may not be able to accommodate changes of dates, location and delivery due to prior scheduling of other contracts.

DELIVERY SETUP OR PICK UP:

DELIVERY:

I charge a $50.00 delivery and setup for all wedding cakes within OKC. we reserve the right to make delivery decisions based on our experience of what is best for the cake. Our delivery charges may be different due on difficulty and distance from the bakery. If no one is at the site at the time of delivery or if we cannot gain entry into the building, the we will return the cake to the cake shop. The responsibility for the delivery then becomes yours. Please take time to confirm the time of delivery with the reception site so this does not happen

PICK UP

I will not be responsible for any type of damages to your cake once it leaves my facility.
